This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as an IT Functional Analyst. As part of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with international stakeholders and the Product Owner to define and document requirements. Your role will involve translating business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, designing process flows and system architecture, and developing user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Agile teams (Scrum).

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Fluent English (written and spoken communication).
* Solid experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in structured IT environments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments, strong negotiation and influencing skills across different business areas, critical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving focus.
