Wildlife seeks a creative specialist to drive the future of mobile gaming. The ideal candidate combines passion for innovative ideas with data-driven decision-making and market intelligence.
This role will shape the creative vision behind performance marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with product managers and in-house production teams to develop high-performing creative assets.
Main Responsibilities
 * Lead creative development from strategic planning through execution, guiding video, playable, and static ads for user acquisition campaigns.
 * Co-own the creative strategy across titles, identifying key ad concepts and evaluating results.
 * Analyze creative performance and iterate based on key metrics (Spend Share, IPM, CTR, CPI, ROAS).
Key Requirements
 * Proven experience in creative roles within digital marketing, performance advertising, or the app/game industry.
 * Strong understanding of creative KPIs and performance metrics, applying them to iteration and decision-making.
Nice to Have
 * Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry or performance creatives for games/apps.
 * Motion design and/or playable ads development experience.
About Performance Metrics
Creative specialists are responsible for driving campaign performance by leveraging analytics tools and benchmarking best practices. Key metrics include spend share, impression per meter (IPM), click-through rate (CTR), cost per install (CPI), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Analyzing these metrics allows creative specialists to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
