Key Responsibilities
Facilitation & Coordination: Orchestrates major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt). Manages the ART calendar and ensures program-level cadence. Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
Coaching & Mentoring: Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean‑agile principles. Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Risk & Impediment Management: Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks. Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.
Flow & Value Optimization: Optimizes the flow of value across the ART. Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment. Links business strategy to technical execution.
Required Skills:
Salesforce knowledge is appreciated.
JIRA is must have knowledge.
