About The Role
We’re looking for a Real Estate Photo Editor to join our client's team and support the Lead Editor, who currently manages all editing workflows. This role focuses on producing high-quality, polished real estate images while maintaining strong visual consistency across all deliverables.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, experience working with Lightroom and Photoshop, and the ability to enhance images while keeping a natural, professional aesthetic.
The Lead Editor will provide training and guidance on the brand style and editing standards, so candidates with strong editing fundamentals—even without real estate experience—are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Edit real estate photography using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
Remove visual distractions and imperfections from images
Ensure color accuracy, lighting balance, and visual consistency
Maintain the brand’s editing style and aesthetic standards
Deliver high-quality edits within established turnaround timesCollaborate with Jess to refine workflows and editing processes
Requirements
3–5 years of photo editing experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency
Ability to follow brand guidelines and replicate editing styles
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Strong communication skills in English
Experience editing high-volume photography batches
Nice to Have
Previous real estate photo editing experience
Familiarity with architectural or interior photography aesthetics
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (EST Time Zone)
