ITC Infotech is looking for L3 Application Support Engineer to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Experience: 5-10 Years.

Working Mode: 5 days Onsite from Office - Location - Sao Paulo, Brazil

Language Required: English (Fluent)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineers with strong L3 support capabilities to join our front office L3 support team. This role involves troubleshooting, supporting, bug-fixing and optimizing existing systems while ensuring their high performance, scalability, and reliability.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide advanced L3 production support for complex application issues
* Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently within SLA
* Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
* Raise and manage incidents, assess business impact, and communicate updates to stakeholders
* Create and track problem tickets, working closely with Development teams to drive permanent resolution
* Escalate critical issues to management when required
* Debug and fix defects in the existing codebase
* Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
* Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams


Mandatory Requirements:

* Strong coding and debugging skills
* Experience in providing L3 Application Support
* Development experience (preferred or combined with support)
* Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C++, Python, or similar)
* Willingness to participate in technical coding interviews.
* Fluent English communication.


Good to have:

* Unix/ Linux
* SQL/database understanding.
