Our client is an incorporator seeking a professional to act as a Communication Coordinator, managing offline and online media, coordinating with event suppliers, and executing promotional actions in collaboration with the company's Marketing sector.
Activities:
1. Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with company goals;
2. Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns targeting the mid and high-end market;
3. Manage content production for digital, institutional, and promotional media;
4. Supervise the company's presence on social and digital media, ensuring brand consistency;
5. Establish relationships with the press and local influencers to promote positive visibility;
6. Organize launches of developments and communication support materials;
7. Monitor the company's image and suggest positioning and reputation actions;
8. Analyze market research and identify strategic communication opportunities;
9. Prepare and control communication department budgets;
10. Coordinate internal team and interface with external agencies;
11. Develop communication policies and procedures;
12. Ensure visual and verbal identity standardization;
13. Promote social responsibility and sustainability actions;
14. Follow trends in the real estate and communication sectors;
15. Present performance reports of communication and marketing actions;
16. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical communication standards;
17. Seek strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
1. Complete higher education in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda, or related fields;
2. Postgraduate or MBA in Marketing, Corporate Communication, or related fields;
3. Additional courses in team management and branding (preferred);
4. Experience in the construction or real estate market (preferred);
5. Proficiency in digital communication and marketing strategies;
6. Experience in brand positioning management;
7. Analytical skills for interpreting metrics and KPIs;
8. Specific knowledge of the mid and high-end real estate market;
9. Planning and executing integrated communication plans;
10. Proficiency in Canva, CMS (WordPress, Joomla);
11. Tools for data analysis and metrics;
12. Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
13. Contract modality: PJ or CLT;
14. Leadership and team management skills;
15. Clear, assertive, and empathetic communication;
16. Strategic vision and results focus;
17. Creativity and innovation in problem-solving;
18. Flexibility to adapt to changes;

Work hours:
* Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm.
