With our fresh approach – we design and build comprehensive, proven solutions inspired by technology to find and keep the unique talent that elevates our clients above the competition.Cielo is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against any applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, or any other status protected by state or local law for an individual who falls within the jurisdiction of such law.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle and acts as a brand ambassador for their client, partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity.Deliver top talent for hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search.Stay abreast of industry and market information or trends that could impact the search; mentor Recruiters and other team members; demonstrate innovation in search techniques.Maintain a strong pipeline and keep candidates engaged throughout the process; provide value propositions tailored to each candidate's situation.Prepare candidates for interviews, provide logistical information, schedule, attire guidance, and follow-up expectations; ensure timely updates on status.Conduct professional phone interviews with industry/role-specific questions as appropriate; gather information from difficult conversations and assess fit against requisition specifications.Review background and references as needed; issue skills testing and evaluate results if required by process.Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to identify search challenges and develop research solutions; proactively communicate search status to the hiring manager.Offer articulation and drive for candidate acceptance; ensure offers are accepted and comply with regulations (OFCCP and other standards).
Deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition and provide accurate, regular reporting of recruiting activities.Continuously build a talent pipeline to maintain multiple candidates in play; keep hiring managers updated on market changes affecting the process.Position RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field required.
