Service Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service delivery team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical and communication skills.
* Design and maintain an on-call rotation plan to ensure all critical skills are available when needed.
* Own the incident management process, including prioritization, roles, communication cadence, escalations, and post-incident reviews.
