Role Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our team, primarily handling post-service survey processes and administrative tasks. In this role, the agent will be responsible for contacting customers after service repairs are completed to confirm that the repair was successful and that the unit is functioning properly. The position involves conducting follow-up calls in English, documenting customer feedback, and ensuring all survey data is accurately recorded. Additionally, the agent will identify any complaints, concerns, or unresolved issues reported by customers and escalate them appropriately for further action. Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to capture accurate information are essential, as this role plays a key part in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
