This role involves operational support, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of F5 devices and related security infrastructure.Key Responsibilities • Manage and support F5 BIG-IP platforms (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM as applicable) • Perform L3 troubleshooting for application delivery, load balancing, and firewall-related issues • Implement configuration changes, policy updates, and SSL certificate management • Analyze traffic flows and security events to ensure optimal performance and protection • Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis for F5-related issues • Support automation or scripting tasks for configuration consistency (e.g., Python, iControl REST) • Maintain documentation for configurations, standards, and operational procedures • Collaborate with network and security teams to support enterprise-wide initiativesRequired Skills • Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP modules • Deep understanding of L4–L7 traffic flows, TCP/IP, and application delivery • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently at an L3 level • Experience working in remote/nearshore support modelsIf you're ready to take on complex challenges in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
