Drive Sales Growth in LATAM
We are seeking a professional to drive sales growth across the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to capture new business opportunities in the nutraceutical ingredients industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts across LATAM, building senior-level relationships with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop country- and segment-level territory plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
* Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers, working closely with internal teams.
* Stay up-to-date on regional regulations and standards, including ANVISA, COFEPRIS, and INVIMA.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* A strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional food and beverages.
* The ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Languages: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is an asset.
* A self-starter comfortable working remotely, with excellent time management skills.
* Based in Brazil, with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (ZOHO preferred).
