The HHC LATAM Pricing Coordinator reports to the HHC Pricing Manager. This position has LATAM regional responsibility within the HHC organization for improving our pricing culture and pricing effectiveness in line with our global vision and strategy, developing standard tools and processes, identifying actionable insights and influencing businesses to execute on these opportunities. The Pricing Coordinator is a key role that will drive and implement core pricing processes and support our strategies to ensure pricing integrity in the Hygiene, Health & Consumables (HHC) Global Business Unit. She/he will be expected to work closely with Customer Service, Territory Managers, GSMs, Business Directors and functional leaders to understand business needs, standardize pricing processes and develop “buy-in” at all levels of the commercial organization. The role will require close coordination with other members of the global pricing team and will report to the HHC Pricing Manager.
