Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate our major events, manage the program-level calendar, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
This role requires a strong ability to orchestrate complex events, manage multiple calendars, and foster collaboration among teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of lean-agile principles and JIRA.
Main Responsibilities
* Orchestrate major events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
* Manage the program-level calendar and ensure smooth execution of events.
* Foster problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks.
* Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
Requirements
* Mandatory: Knowledge of JIRA and experience with event management.
* Desirable: Salesforce knowledge.
