Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organization, including account management, financial record-keeping, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They should be detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic setting.
* Manage multiple accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections
* Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records
* Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
* Process payroll and maintain payroll records
* Assist in tax preparation and compliance
* Organize and maintain digital financial documents
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in financial operations
* Highly organized and able to work independently
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Able to manage and reconcile complex financial data with accuracy
* Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality in all transactions
