Requirements:
1. Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar environment
2. Network in the HR/Recruiting Industry
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
4. Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
5. Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
6. Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
