We're seeking a Creative Strategist to drive our video ad creative forward.
 1. You'll partner with editors and user-generated content (UGC) creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta.
Responsibilities:
 1. Own visual creative strategy from concept to brief to edit to test to scale.
 2. Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.
 3. Maintain a swipe file of winning references and trend formats.
 4. Coordinate whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.
Key Skills:
 * Proven record of video ads that convert (please share links/reels).
 * Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
 * Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
 * UGC + short-form paid social experience (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
 * Clear briefs, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership.
