Spearhead Agile Methodologies
This role involves a senior level Scrum Master position in the Customer Data Ecosystem department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of Agile principles and practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
* •Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster open communication among team members.
* •Remove obstacles and impediments hindering team progress, promoting efficient workflows and high productivity.
* •Coach the team on Agile frameworks, encouraging adherence to established best practices.
* •Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
* •Monitor team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
* •Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and collaboration.
* •Foster a dynamic environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* •Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all sprints align with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* •Integrate compliance requirements into the agile development process, enhancing overall efficiency.
* •Align Scrum practices with organizational digital marketing strategy and goals.
* •Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams, facilitating cross-team collaboration.
* •Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.
* •Ensure the team's work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
* •Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
* •Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
* •Drive Change Management through coaching the team and supporting them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset.
* •Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams, optimizing collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
* •Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency.
