Responsibilities
Drive and develop trading activities in raw material exports from South America.
Develop strong supplier and customer networks, identify new business opportunities, and manage commercial negotiations.
Manage trading risks such as credit exposure, market volatility, and supply disruptions.
Collaborate internationally with our global trading teams and management to align strategy and growth initiatives.
Always adhere to country-specific and company-internal compliance requirements as well as legal regulations.
Profile
Several years of experience in commodity trading of raw materials, ideally minerals, iron ore, manganese ore, metals and alloys or related commodities.
Excellent market knowledge, an existing network of industry contacts and knowledge of country-specific market regulations.
Strong intercultural skills and proven negotiation expertise.
Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and develop structures.
Excellent written and spoken English skills – additional language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to relocate to Sao Paulo and thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
