Our company is seeking an exceptional IT Service Management professional to fill a key role in our team.
* We are looking for someone who can design, develop and implement complex IT Service Management solutions using ServiceNow.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
* This person will lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* In addition, they will provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
Required Experience & Skills:
* At least 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on IT Service Management.
* A strong knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Change Management (CSDM), Discovery, Service Mapping and Integrations.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP Integrations and ServiceNow scripting.
