On our journey towards becoming a multi-billion dollar revenue company, Zendesk is doubling down investment in our international markets with a focus on continued growth in our LATAM region. As part of this growth, we are looking to appoint a Director of Digital Marketing, LATAM to develop and execute Zendesk’s regional digital marketing strategy.
The position will focus on driving pipeline growth across the LATAM region. The primary role will be leading our LATAM digital marketing functions including paid advertising, search, social and SEO. You will take accountability for the performance of digital channels in the region and partner closely with the extended marketing, sales and GTM functions along with performance marketing, web and SEO teams in Zendesk headquarters.
The leader appointed in this role will need to establish trust and partnership with Sales and the extended marketing organization. You’ll lead with accountability and influence with expert execution of all digital marketing channels supporting the LATAM region.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Lead the creation of LATAM digital marketing strategies to deliver regional pipeline and bookings goals
- Lead media planning and buying across various paid marketing channels with a team of regional digital marketers in LATAM
- Manage regional SEO resources to drive organic growth for LATAM
- Manage regional Web resources to define A/B tests and digital strategy for LATAM websites
- Lead the tracking, analysis and insights to fine tune digital performance
- Accountable for managing budget and delivering digital pipeline targets
- Partner with headquarter functions to ensure Marketing, Brand, Web and Analytics team to ensure regional processes and strategies are aligned globally
- Assist the team by identifying process improvements and efficiencies
- Explore new vendors and additional testing opportunities to grow performance
- Support the evolution of Zendesk digital marketing and foster a culture of innovation
- 10+ years of Web, Digital, Growth, Performance Marketing experience for high-growth companies
- Track record of building and driving digital marketing strategies, including organic, paid media, social, web and SEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Expertise in B2B marketing
- Experience managing and building teams
- LATAM market experience
- Local language is required
