About the Role
As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will understand their business objectives and expectations, and provide expert guidance on services and support.
Responsibilities
Establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships. Evaluate client business requirements and guide them in utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue. Participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally. Gain and maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk. Assist with document maintenance and ensure code releases do not negatively impact client operations. Participate in execution of project/development work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements
Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or related field. Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development. Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs. Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation. Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
