Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As an Executive Search Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO and COO in high-impact searches across the Technology and Financial Services industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Candidate Research & Sourcing for senior level searches (60%)
* Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
You will conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools, including LinkedIn, AI tools, and your own database. Additionally, you will source, screen applicants, lead candidate scoring, and initial candidate assessment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
* Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
* Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.
* Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.
* Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.
* Bachelor's degree mandatory.
