Financial Professional Role
This is a key position within our organization, focused on providing financial management and planning expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning and Budgeting:
* Assist in the preparation, collection, and consolidation of budgets for various departments.
* Support the development and implementation of budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking.
* Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Purchasing & Expenses Management:
* Review and track purchase orders and requests, reporting exceptions to management.
* Oversee expense management processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
* Prepare and present expense management reports with key insights and recommendations.
Internal Controls:
* Execute internal control mechanisms to ensure financial integrity.
* Detect and interpret budget variances and overruns, escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience with budget and financial management.
* Elementary financial reporting.
* Previous experience in a similar capacity in financial management.
* University degree in Business Administration and Finance, or higher secondary education with additional 7 years' experience at a managerial level in the field of financial management.
* Experience working with ERP applications.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience using JIRA or similar Kanban tools.
* Proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Excel for analysis and reporting.
