Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our Open Banking SaaS solution. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions, as well as working with AWS cloud environments.
As a Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the operation of the Open Banking platform, providing subject matter expertise on Open Banking workflows, and collaborating with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth operation. You will also participate in application support and resolve customer issues, while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution
* Provide Open Banking SME knowledge and mentoring to the broader support team
* Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth operation
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments
* Working experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows
* Previous experience leading a support team
* Experience in successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Open Banking experience
* French language proficiency (B2 or above)
