As a Product Manager in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Tooling and Infrastructure team, you will lead the strategy and execution for the next generation of risk management tools. You will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and engineering solutions. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally in partnership with engineering, UX, legal, and privacy stakeholders to deliver infrastructure. Responsibilities Define and lead the product idea for integrating AI/ML capabilities into GRC infrastructure (e.g., automated document classification, LLM-based risk summarization, and predictive risk scoring). Drive the development of scalable back-end services and tooling that support the TRM organization’s data ingestion, risk engine, and reporting needs. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including writing detailed PRDs, managing backlogs, and defining success metrics. Work with risk and compliance practitioners to translate their domain knowledge into technical requirements. Partner with engineering and data science teams to prioritize high-impact AI features while ensuring data privacy and ethical AI standards are maintained.
