Role: ServiceNow ITOM Consultant
Location: Brazil (REMOTE)

Must Have Skills:
Focus on ITOM module solutions, implementing tool functionalities to support customer processes;
Define and implement external system integrations with the ServiceNow platform;
Experience in developing pattern extensions for Discovery and Service Mapping for infrastructure and network elements;
Experience in error analysis and Discovery and Service Mapping logs;
Experience in setting CMDB and Data Manager health indicators;
Experience in implementation of network device discovery;
Knowledge in solution and middleware architecture, such as WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, Websphere, Jboss and other technologies;
Experience in setting up MID Servers for Discovery and Service Mapping.
Desirable knowledge in configuration of connectors and rules for Event Management;
Experience in error analysis in event management;
Desirable knowledge in asset lifecycle solution and management;
Ability to interact with platform experts and process managers to define best practices for the use of ServiceNow platform functionalities;
Desirable ServiceNow CIS Certification - Discovery, Service Mapping and/or Event Management;
Desirable ITIL Certification.
