You must be able to understand an allotment/budget, forecast it out, and speak to it in detail;Hands-on experience with IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow, for release and change management;Solid understanding of SDLC processes and the importance of process controls and documentation;Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in English is mandatory.
