* This individual will collaborate closely with senior leaders to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our teams.
* Key responsibilities include creating engaging asynchronous content using multimedia tools, maintaining a dynamic training catalog within our LMS system, and serving as the go-to operational owner for all things related to learning and development.
In this role, you will embody an agile mindset, rapidly producing high-quality content elevated by feedback and data.
Responsibilities:
1. Learning Experience Design: Work collaboratively with senior leaders to translate business objectives into compelling learning experiences that drive performance improvement.
2. Content Creation: Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using a range of tools and technologies.
3. LMS Management: Serve as the operational owner for our Learning Management System (LMS), curating and maintaining a dynamic training catalog that meets the evolving needs of our learners.
4. Agile Content Production: Embody an agile mindset, rapidly producing high-quality, iterative content that is elevated by feedback and data.
