Job Title: Ecommerce Growth Marketing Paid Media Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ecommerce paid media specialist to join our team. As a paid media strategist, you will be responsible for managing large ad budgets across Meta and Google, primarily. This role requires a strong background in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads for US based ecommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ad accounts of US based ecommerce brands across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Run ad campaigns across these platforms, monitoring ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns and achieve desired results.
- Conduct profitable creative testing campaigns and identify trends to communicate with clients on what is working and what should be created more of.
- Create performance marketing reports for managed accounts to display analytics, results, and next steps accurately.
- Develop strategies to improve overall marketing effectiveness for our brands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR 3-4 years of experience OR alternative education experience (mentors or courses).
- Prior experience working for an ecommerce brand or advertising agency is preferred.
- Proficiency in Facebook & Google Ads management for ecommerce brands.
- Ability to scale ad budgets effectively.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and a hunger to provide great results for clients.
- Autonomous worker with an analytical mind.
- Portfolio of work, results, or case studies demonstrating expertise.
- Comfortable using internal communication tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack for team meetings and support.
