Lead Salesforce Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead our development team in delivering exceptional solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative tools.
* Focus on Salesforce Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs).
* Manage offshore teams and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
* Provide technical leadership to junior developers, including planning, assigning, and reviewing their tasks, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC.
* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools.
* Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs.
* Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications.
* Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
