About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled B2B outbound cold caller who will focus on qualifying and live-transferring business owners to our Account Executives.

This is not a warm lead role, requiring confidence, tonality, and extensive experience in outbound cold calling. You'll be contacting prospects who don't know us, so it's essential to have excellent phone presence and spoken English skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Make 500-900 outbound calls per day
* Maintain at least 250+ minutes of talk time daily
* Achieve at least one qualified live transfer per day
* Work for at least 8 hours of your 9-hour shift (more if KPIs are not met)
* Collaborate with a team of closers
* Use provided scripts and tools as guided
* Follow up via SMS when needed

Working Hours and Environment

* Monday to Friday
* 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (including a 1-hour break)
* Fully remote work environment

Compensation and Incentives

* $600/month base salary
* Daily commission structure:
* One qualified lead: $20
* Two qualified leads: $30
* Three qualified leads: $40
* $100 bonus per closed deal from your transferred leads
* Paid weekly via Deel

Requirements

* Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling
* Excellent phone presence and tonality
* High level of spoken English
* Must be a team player and willing to collaborate
* Reliable internet connection, headset, and computer (equipment not provided)
* Ability to hit targets consistently and take ownership of performance
