In this context of accelerated growth, technological sophistication, and significant regulatory exposure, we are looking for a Senior In-House Counsel to act as a strategic legal advisor to the company, ensuring legal security, risk mitigation, and direct support to executive leadership decisions.

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably focused on technology, intellectual property, and corporate law
• In-house experience in technology companies or high-growth startups
• Strong experience in negotiating contracts, software protection, corporate structuring, regulatory, compliance, labor law, and data protection
• Ability to translate complex legal risks into strategic business decisions
• Experience advising executive leadership and board members

Your Day-to-Day
• Structure and evolve the company’s legal strategy
• Negotiate and structure strategic contracts with enterprise clients and partners
• Lead intellectual property protection initiatives (INPI filings, software, trademarks)
• Ensure regulatory compliance (LGPD, compliance programs, corporate governance)
• Support corporate decisions, fundraising, and corporate structuring
• Manage external law firms and legal contingencies
• Act as a strategic partner to product, technology, and commercial teams
