We are hiring one person.

This is for someone who knows how to win—and expects to be rewarded for it.

### What You'll Do

- Cold call real estate agents across the U.S.

- Start real conversations (not robotic scripts)

- Identify serious agents and create opportunities

- Improve messaging, scripts, and approach over time

This is a production role first.

Leadership opportunity comes after results.

### Who This Is For

- Fluent or near-native English (non-negotiable)

- Proven sales experience (cold calling preferred)

- Highly disciplined—shows up daily and executes

- Thinks independently and adapts in real conversations

- Competitive and internally driven

### Who This Is NOT For

- Script readers who can't think on their feet

- People who need motivation to do their job

- Anyone without a track record of winning

### What We Value

- Results > activity

- Quantity + consistency matters (daily reps are required)

- Conversations > scripts

- Ownership > excuses

### Compensation (We Win – You Win)

- Base salary starting at $1,000/month USD

- Performance-based commission with strong upside

- High performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more as results scale

### Expectations

- High daily call volume

- Consistent follow-up

- Continuous improvement

### Application Requirements (Required)

#### 1. Record a Video (2–3 minutes total)

Tell us:

- Your sales experience

- Your biggest win (be specific)

- An example of something in your life that required discipline and hard work to achieve a winning result (this can be business or personal)

#### 2. Read This Script on Video

Hi, this is ______—did I catch you at a bad time?

(Wait for response)

Perfect—I'll be quick.

I work with a real estate media company that helps agents get more attention on their listings and ultimately win more business.

I'm curious—what are you currently doing to stand out when you list a home?

(Pause and respond naturally)

Got it—that makes sense.

What we've found is that agents who consistently invest in high-quality marketing—photos, video, and presentation—tend to win more listings and sell homes faster.

If I could show you a simple way to improve that and help you win more business, would you be open to taking a look?

After reading the script, briefly tell us one example of how you've won at something that required hard work and discipline.
