About Our Team:
We are seeking a seasoned account professional to join our organization in a key account manager role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our esteemed clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, fostering account expansion, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Additionally, you will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation, and prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
This role requires someone with exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, who can thrive in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders. You should have experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries, as well as project management skills and proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
