Account Growth Specialist
About the Role:
This role is responsible for expanding existing customer relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
We're looking for a skilled professional with expertise in managing complex sales projects, building long-term customer relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion.
* Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful business analyses to customers, ensuring their success.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to support customer success and achieve sales objectives.
Sales Performance:
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Demonstrate exceptional negotiation and closing skills, effectively managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
* Cultivate market intelligence and competitor insights, sharing valuable knowledge with the sales team to drive sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience working with complex sales cycles, including request for proposals and public tenders.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise IT environments.
* Expertise in open source software, API management, and IAM technologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Negotiation and closing skills are essential for success in this role.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
* Native English speaker or fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
