MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under supervision, perform research on technology solutions in the market, provide
IT technical support
related to the creation and/or updating of
documentation, procedures, and processes
with a standard company layout, monitor/process and direct tickets in the queue, install and maintain hardware and software, provide guidance on
backing up user data,
and support i
nternet, telephone, and security service teams
in information technology initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or technical training in
Information Technology
or related fields;
* Prior experience in Information Technology (minimum 2 years);
* Knowledge of information technology;
* Experience in hardware assembly and maintenance;
* Intermediate knowledge of networks, access points, and their functionalities;
* Knowledge of technical English;
* Proficiency (minimum intermediate) in the MS Office suite and some web-based software programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
* Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and its tools.
