We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Success Consultant. This position is ideal for someone with strong consultative skills, who is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate onboarding sessions for new customers
* Provide expert guidance to help customers achieve their goals
* Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations
Business Development:
* Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories
* Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations
Strategic Communication:
* Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of our solutions
* Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events
* Represent us at conferences and trade shows as agreed
Reporting & Documentation:
* Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM
* Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables
