Agile Delivery Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery specialist to lead the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) for our teams. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong eCommerce domain expertise, effective coaching skills, and a proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies.
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
