About the Role
We are seeking an experienced business development professional to fill a key account manager position.
* This role involves managing existing client relationships, developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
* You will be responsible for conducting regular business reviews with clients, assessing their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their objectives.
* Additional responsibilities include acquiring new key accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and preparing reports on account performance and sales forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
* In-charge of existing clients within the assigned territory.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales forecasts.
Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to create and maintain successful long-term commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, including new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
