Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals, guide business to improve processes with a critical and strategic vision.**How you'll make an impact****1. Understand all E2E processes** from business to be able to act proactive suggesting improvements in processes, collect requisites, desires, necessities and clarify all doubts from users. Aiming cost reduction, improve lead time, improving quality, reducing inventory, etc.2. **Lead improvements projects** – be a local key user to implement local and global projects to improve processes.**3. Be the site SPOC (single point of contact)** for all global demands and initiatives related to process.**4. Define the queue and priorities** and follow the execution of applications demands from business together IT application manager.**5. Be a bridge between business and IT**, be the representant of business in IT points.**6.
