Associate Sales Director – LATAM (Brazi)

Brazil (100% Remote/Home-Office. São Paulo or/and Rio de Janeiro State main focus)

Business Unit: Sales – LATAM/Brazil region

Reports to: SVP of Revenue, LATAM based in Brazil.


Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact talent, entrepreneurial mindset, Sales driven to lead our enterprise sales strategy in Brazil, focused on building a strong pipeline (>
1M USD) and closing strategic deals.

You will drive growth for:

* RateGain Revenue Optimization to power with AI & Data hoteliers
* Performance Marketing Consultive solutions powering direct channel performance growth for Hotels & Resorts


This role requires a consultative, revenue-driven sales professional with deep expertise in Brazil’s travel ecosystem. You should understand how to unlock direct revenue growth for hotels through a combination of distribution strategy, pricing intelligence, and digital marketing (Instagram, SEM, metasearch).


Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Ownership

* Own and deliver new business target & revenue in Brazil
* Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities
* Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → discovery → solution design → negotiation → closing.


Consultative Selling

* Position RateGain as the strategic growth partner in Brazil
* Identify client challenges across distribution, pricing, and demand generation
* Translate solutions into clear commercial impact (revenue growt, channel mix improvement)
* Develop multi-product strategies combining SaaS parity & rate inteligence + performance marketing service based in results
* Build strong relationships with commercial, revenue, and distribution leaders in hotel groups


Pipeline & Forecast Management

* Maintain a robust, hungry, qualified pipeline aligned with targets and your ambition
* Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
* Collaborate with marketing, SDR, product, partnerships, and customer success teams
* Contribute to LATAM go-to-market strategy execution


Experience

* 4–8+ years in:
* Travel (Leading OTAs, LATAM),
* Travel tech ecosytem Distribution features,
* Digital media / ad-tech for travel & lodging
* * Proven experience closing deals in Brazil travel enterprises
* Strong exposure to:
* Hotel distribution influencer and tech savy regarding booking engines, channel managers, payments options, seasonality and demand (OTAs, direct channels, B2B, Whosalers),
* Digital marketing Media sales passionate (Meta, SEM, metasearch, OTAs),
* Revenue management / pricing parity


Mindset

* Entrepreneurial, with strong ownership and accountability
* Ability to build pipeline from scratch and close independently
* Fast learner with strong interest in AI-driven revenue and marketing solutions in TravelTech and industry adoption
