In this role, you will:
* Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
* Obstacle Removal: Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Agile Coaching: Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Team Performance Metrics: Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Culture of Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Data Privacy and Regulatory Requirements: Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Scrum Practice Alignment: Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with the organization's digital marketing strategy and goals.
* Dependency Management: Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Industry Trend Adoption: Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.
* Business Objective Alignment: Ensure that the team's work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
* Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
* Conflict Resolution: Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
* Change Management: Drive Change Management through coaching the team and support them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset.
* Azure DevOps Tools: Oversee the integration and use of Azure Dev Ops tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
