How You Make an Impact
* Propose improvements to the mechanical design of dry-type transformers.
* Define experiments to validate new solutions.
* Supervise the manufacturing and testing of prototypes.
* Lead R&D projects focused on cost, timeline, and performance.
* Document results and define design rules.
* Support fellow R&D colleagues in various projects.
* Provide technical support to factories and customers.
* Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
* Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Master tools such as Creo and SolidWorks
* Apply knowledge in flow, fluid circulation, and thermodynamics.
* Demonstrate hands-on experience with mechanical prototyping.
* Show creativity, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
* Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
