About The Position
Base salary: R$3,000 per month, plus commissions.

Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell our services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Track sales metrics and report progress to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional language (Spanish) skills are a plus.
Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a strong advantage.
Skills: Informational communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and candidate-oriented.
Tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), CRM systems, VoIP, project/task management apps (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.).
