The key role of a Commercial Account Manager is to drive revenue growth through effective management and nurturing of existing customer relationships. This involves developing and implementing account plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, building strong rapport with key decision-makers, and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through negotiation and deal closure, while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer support and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
For this position, we are seeking an individual with a proven track record in sales, experience with complex sales cycles, and knowledge of open-source software, API management, and IAM technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
