Responsibilities
* Drive the planning and execution of core consumer experience initiatives, ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to launch on mobile platforms.
* Manage the workflow for A/B testing and feature rollouts, ensuring that data, engineering, and design teams are coordinated to deliver insights rapidly.
* Manage trade-offs effectively to deliver measurable business impact without sacrificing technical quality or team health.
* Use project metrics to identify bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and continuously improve how we build and scale.
Qualifications
* Strong English communication skills.
* Proven experience managing the delivery of mobile products (iOS/Android), with a solid understanding of app release cycles and store submission processes.
* Background in managing projects within dynamic marketplace or two-sided platform environments where dependencies are complex.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects serving large user bases, ensuring stability and performance upon launch.
* Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, specifically adapted for teams that run frequent A/B tests and iterative loops.
* Deep intuition for resource allocation—knowing how to organize backlogs and schedules to support both immediate business objectives and long-term improvements.
* Skilled at tracking project health metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) and using them to predict risks and improve predictability.
