About the Role

As a Guest Topical Issue Editor, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive proposal for the special issue, collaborating with potential co-editors, and coordinating with authors to ensure a smooth editorial process.
Responsibilities
1. Developing the Special Issue Proposal

2. Collaboration and Organization
As a Guest Topical Issue Editor, you will work closely with potential co-editors to effectively organize the special issue and coordinate with authors. This will involve communicating with authors, managing article submissions, and ensuring timely publication of the special issue.
3. Contributor Management
You will be responsible for inviting contributors from diverse regions, focusing on those with a proven publication record. This will involve identifying potential contributors, sending out invitations, and managing contributor responses.
4. Promotion and Visibility
Finally, you will promote the special issue to enhance its visibility and impact. This will involve using social media, online platforms, and other channels to raise awareness about the special issue and attract high-quality submissions.
