Our overarching mission is to accelerate the mass-market adoption of consumer biotech products so every human can live at least 100 healthy years. Our immediate focus is excess bodyweight. We are increasing the accessibility of GLP-1 medications to accelerate their take-up to help solve obesity worldwide. We are building an AI-powered clinical operating system: ClinicOS to enable direct-to-patient healthcare globally. We work with external Brand Partners and scale our own internal brands. Since 2021 we have grown rapidly and we aim to serve 100 million patients by 2035 and become a leading global healthcare company.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $90-120k/year inc equity

Responsibilities
Own and improve the data stack, build reliable pipelines, and make data accessible across teams
Rebuild pipelines, implement ETL jobs syncing sources to the data warehouse, set up dbt transformations
Make high-impact decisions on tooling, sync frequency, and error handling
Measure business metrics across the full customer journey (pre- and post-conversion)
Be both engineer and analyst: enable data accessibility and meaningful insights
Work with the Head of Engineering and product/growth leads to identify important metrics
Qualifications
5+ years of data experience with at least 3+ years in data engineering
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines to a central warehouse (e.g., Redshift), with solid error handling
Strong SQL skills; ability to write and optimize complex queries and build reusable data models
Ability to define metrics and track data across pre- and post-conversion journeys
Autonomy and ownership: able to operate with limited direction
Experience managing a team is a plus
Nice to Have
Growth metrics experience (CAC, CPL, funnel metrics)
Healthcare/operational metrics experience
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Metabase) and customer data platforms (e.g., Rudderstack)
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to debug complex data issues
