We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle ERP Cloud Specialist to join our team in supporting and operating accounts receivable and billing modules globally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as a key player in GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
* Resolve complex incidents and tickets within service level agreements, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
* Provide critical support for monthly accounting closing processes in LATAM, USA, and APAC regions.
* Execute thorough regression tests on Oracle Cloud SaaS environment quarterly.
* E nsure compliance with SOX processes, documentation, and audit evidence.
* Lead operational improvements and enhancements in communication, processes, and support standards.
* Participate in defining and disseminating best practices aligned with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLab.
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams for successful deployments and integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Oracle ERP Cloud GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
* Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Participation in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
* Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and tax requirements in Brazil.
* Experience with BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* Able to lead teams of 5-10 people.
* Collaborative, proactive profile with analytical mindset and results-focused approach.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
