About the Role

You will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns and driving lead generation efforts while supporting both the marketing and sales sides of the business. Your role is to plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns, generate qualified leads, and help convert interest into pipeline. The goal is to increase brand visibility, attract the right audience, and support the sales team with a steady flow of opportunities. This role requires someone who understands both the creative side of marketing and the performance-driven mindset of sales.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, budget, and creative as needed

- Generate and analyze reports to track key metrics and results

Lead Generation

- Build and manage lead generation strategies across digital channels

- Identify and qualify new opportunities to feed into the sales pipeline

- Support outreach and follow-up efforts to convert leads into meetings

Marketing Support

- Assist with marketing strategy, content direction, and campaign planning

- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across channels

- Track and report on marketing performance and ROI

Sales Support

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals

- Help drive pipeline growth by bridging marketing campaigns with sales outreach

- Support the team with materials, insights, and lead handoffs

Requirements

- Experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns

- Ability to analyze performance and generate clear marketing reports

- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and funnels

- Background in marketing with hands-on campaign execution

- Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize campaigns based on performance

- Experience supporting or collaborating with sales teams

- Sales background with ability to identify opportunities and drive conversions

- Understanding of customer journey and how marketing supports sales growth

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

- Strong communication and collaboration skills between marketing and sales teams
